"Fairies do not want teeth. That's beyond belief! Plus, a pillow they never could lift. They can't carry money. That really seems funny. There are others who need your tooth gift!"

The Tooth Pirate story began over thirty years ago when our oldest son lost his first tooth. Both of our boys, and our neighbors, friends, and relatives soon believed that it was the pirates who needed their teeth. The pirates would leave gold and silver doubloons in exchange.

When our grandson was born, I realized that it was time to write the story. Now our tradition can be shared with everyone.
